Brazil has made their trade mark data available...
As of 29 February 2016, the National Institute for Intellectual Property of Brazil (INPI) has made their trade mark data available to the TMview search tool.
The integration of INPI is a concrete result of the International Cooperation programme managed by OHIM in collaboration with its international partners.
Now, with INPI on-board, TMview contains data from 54 participating offices. After addition of more than 3,1 million trade marks from National Institute for Intellectual Property of Brazil, TMview now provides information and access to around 40 million trade marks all over the world.
Since the introduction of TMview (on 13 April 2010), the tool has served more than 17,8 million searches from 151 different countries, with Spain, Germany and Italy among the most frequent users.
